QUEST3+ System use myGovXchange as online payment service for B2C (Perconal / Current Account) and B2B (Corporate Account). myGovXchange is One Stop Center for Government's Online Payment and Submission. myGovXchange initiatives implemented by the MALAYSIAN ADMINISTRATIVE MODERNISATION AND MANAGEMENT PLANNING UNIT (MAMPU). MAMPU, is a federal agency, who is responsible for introducing changes in the administration of the public sector to improve the efficiency, effectiveness and integrity of the Public Service in accordance with national goals.
