If you see or are told about a suspected side effect in a patient, always report it to the NPRA (as healthcare professional) through

• Pharmacy hospital information system (PhIS), OR
• online web form, OR
• manual submission by mail/fax/email

When reporting, make sure to include the brand and batch number.
