To all our valued QUEST 3+ users,
Due to unforeseen circumstances, payment gateway error is currently under investigation.
We apologize for the inconveniences caused.

To all our valued QUEST 3+ users,
All online payment transactions which includes payment method using Credit Card (CC), Personal Account (B2C) and Corporate Account (B2B) via the QUEST3+ system will be closed during this period:
20 December 2021 @ 4.30 p.m - 3 January 2022 @ 8.30 a.m 1.30 p.m.
Users are advised to plan all submissions through the QUEST3+ system accordingly and carefully to AVOID any problems during this period.
All other functions and modules in the QUEST 3+ system eg; Product Registration, Product Evaluation, Variation, and etc. will not be affected by this closure as long as it does not involve or is not at the payment stage.
Manual payments will NOT be accepted during this period of closure.
For Manual Payments, NPRA Finance Counter will be closed during this period:
